Precise Machine Bearing Shaft or Transmission shaft Made by CNC Milling

Shaft is a mechanical part that rotates the part and rotates with it to convey motion, torque or moment. Generally metal round rod, each section can have different diameters. The parts of the machine for rotary motion are mounted on the shaft.

OEM Service

Providing us the drawing with detail information.

Bearing shaft can be divided into:

Shaft, work with both bear bending moment and the torque, is the most common mechanical axis, such as various reducer shaft.

Mandrel, used to support the rotating parts only bear the bending moment without transmission of torque, some mandrel rotation, such as the railway vehicle shaft, etc., some mandrel does not rotate, such as support pulley shaft.

Drive shaft, mainly used to transmit torque without bending moment, such as the crane moving mechanism of the long optical axis, the car's drive shaft. The material of the shaft is mainly carbon steel or alloy steel, can also use ductile iron or alloy cast iron. The working capacity of the shaft generally depends on the strength and stiffness, high speed also depends on the vibration stability.
